Not at all. That’s our job. You tell us where the friction is — we’ll ask the right questions, show up curious, and translate that into systems that actually help.
How do I know which pricing model is right for me?
If you have a well-defined project with clear requirements and a limited scope, the Fixed-Scope model is ideal. For ongoing development needs or larger projects where requirements may evolve, the Monthly Retainer offers more flexibility.
What happens if my project scope changes?
For Fixed-Scope projects, we’ll discuss any changes and provide a separate quote for additional work. With Monthly Retainers, you can simply shift priorities within your allocated hours or add more hours as needed.
How quickly can you start on my project?
Our availability varies throughout the year. Contact us with your project details, and we’ll provide an estimated start date. For retainer clients, we typically reserve capacity in advance.
How long is this going to take?
Most fixed-scope projects take 4–12 weeks, depending on scope. We move quick, but we don’t rush just to ship something sloppy. We’ll prototype early, get your team’s feedback, and iterate until it’s right. Monthly retainers are more flexible and can be adjusted as needed.
What if I need more hours than my retainer allows?
We can always add more hours to your retainer. Additional hours are billed at $105/hr.
